Upcoming Class Teacher Assignments

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all passed a peaceful holiday season. It has been a whirlwind for us.

We have 9 students registered so far for the class starting next week. We have 9 teachers including Linda Mundt and several anticipated teacher absences. Are any of you kind-hearted board members willing to come in for a couple of classes?

I am also hoping some of you can (or know someone who can) help me remember which student was assigned to whom in the past. I wish I had record of this, and my memory for names is what it is.

I shared a new document that I'm using to keep track of this session in January. Hopefully this will make it easy for you to take a look at the roster.

CIHM venue!

Hello All,

I just received word that the CIHM facility at the Waisman Center will be available for us in 2011.

Here are the details I received:


It looks like you will be able to use the CIHM meditation room for your 4-4:45pm Monday classes this Jan-Feb. It would be best not to have class on Jan 17 as this is MLK Holiday and the entire building is closed. So I have you down for 7 weeks from Jan 10 - Feb 28. Let me know if you need an extra week in March.

Scott,

David Pearlman gave me your contact information (I work at the Waisman Center with David). I'm looking for a group of 2-3 yoga instructors and massage therapists for the Autism Society of Greater Madison's August 17th workshop for families. You were recommended byDavid, and I believe one other person from the CIHM.

The focus of the workshop is "nurturing yourself / nurturing your family," and the workshop is offered from 7-9pm in the basement of the church at the intersection of Midvale and Today in Madison.

Jonathan Garber, who is both a yoga instructor and massage therapist, will be joining us for this workshop at 7:30pm. I am also inviting one other massage therapist.

We'd be very happy to have you join us. Please let me know if you are interested.
